With exciting game drives, dramatic scenery and the opportunity to experience the traditions of the Samburu people, this safari offers a truly different side of Kenya.

Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, your professional safari guide will meet you at your hotel or preferred location in Nairobi and begin the journey north towards Samburu.

The drive takes you through changing landscapes as you leave the busy capital behind and travel towards the drier, rugged scenery of northern Kenya.

Arrive at Samburu National Reserve in time for lunch and a short rest.
